【備忘録】グリオーマ・びまん性星細胞腫：セカンドオピニオン

これは2014年3月5日の記録。

シャレにならない病気なのでセカンドオピニオンを受けることに。
ネットで脳腫瘍の実績のありそうな隣町の大きな病院を受けることにして、紹介状とMRI画像を持っていった。嫁も一緒だ。

前よりもこちらの脳腫瘍の知識も増えてたのでいろいろ質問もした。
まとめると、
・神経膠腫（グリオーマ、GLIOMA）と思われる。
・直径22mmくらい。
・悪性度を示すグレードは低い。
・血管を巻き込むようなことはしていない。
・悪性度が低いのでしばらく経過観察もありえるが、数ヶ月先にはとったほうが良い。
・手術の難易度は高くないと思うが、言語中枢に近いので覚醒下手術で取るほうが良い。
・この病院でも覚醒下手術は可能。

びまん性星細胞腫グレード2を患ってます。
主観的辛痛度:★★☆☆☆（悪性度は低いとの見たてなので希望が持てる。覚醒下手術が必要らしい。）

I will go to another hospital to take a second opinion about the tumor it is not a joke.
I go with a letter and photos of MRI from the previous hospital. My wife comes together.

I asked many questions because I have got some information about the tumor so far.
Summary is,
* The tumor is a glioma.
* Diameter is 22 mm.
* A grade that represents a degree of a malignant is low grade.
* The tumor does not catch blood vessels.
* I can watch a progress of my tumor but the doctor recommended that I take a surgery in a few mouth or later.
* The surgery is not so difficult. The tumor is near by the speech center. I should have a awake surgery.
* The awake surgery is possible in this hospital.

Subjective difficulty rate: ★★☆☆☆ ( I am hopeful that the tumor is low grade. However I should have a wake surgery.)
